Flow + Restore

The practice will include 45 minutes of vinyasa flow followed by 15 minutes of restorative relaxation to energetically balance the body and nervous system. You may use the suggested Spotify playlist or play whatever music your heart desires.

Donations are welcome but not at all required. If you cannot afford to donate at this time, pay it forward and keep the energy flowing by performing an act of kindness for someone else.
