SESSION OFFERINGS

PRIVATE SESSIONS (60-90 minutes)

A one-on-one session with Alexandria is a unique therapeutic experience that combines her skills in multiple healing modalities: Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Integrative Therapy, and intuitive channeling. These sessions are particularly helpful if you are dealing with specific health concerns, such as anxiety, chronic pain, bodily injury, acute illnesses, or pregnancy. Many people also notice a dramatic benefit in receiving the hands-on adjustments and energy balancing that one receives during a private in-person session. These sessions may be done in-person in the Orlando area or via Zoom.

ADULT GROUP YOGA CLASSES (60 minutes)

Adult group yoga classes may be done in-person or hosted by Alexandria via a private Zoom meeting. In-person group classes are typically “open to all levels” and tailored to address the needs and interests of all students. You may also request a specific style of yoga including Vinyasa Flow (rhythmic and vigorous), Yoga for Beginners (slower pace), Yoga for Athletes (cross-training and recovery), Prenatal Yoga (preparing for childbirth), Chair Yoga (for the elderly), Restorative Yoga (relaxing and meditative), Sound Bath Meditation (using Crystal Tones singing bowls), or any combination of the aforementioned modalities. Zoom group classes are taught without music.

GROUP YOGA CLASSES FOR CHILDREN (45 minutes)

Yoga for children is designed to offer a fun, interactive, and empowering way of introducing the concepts of mind-body awareness and mindfulness through games, music, dancing, yoga postures, relaxation techniques, and creative expression. These sessions are typically separated by age group: Pre-K Yoga (ages 3-5), Kids Yoga (ages 6-12), and Teen Yoga (ages 13+).

OFFICE MINDFULNESS SESSIONS (30 minutes)

A mindfulness session can be done in the workplace without the need to change out of office attire, utilizing basic office equipment such as chairs and conference tables. Sessions combine mindful meditation, breath awareness, gentle stretching, aromatherapy, relaxing music, and yoga postures adapted to the office setting. These sessions are a great way to encourage wellness in the workplace and can serve as a recharging and inspiring way to destress during the day.
