Flow + Restore

The practice will include 30 minutes of vinyasa flow followed by 30 minutes of restorative relaxation to energetically balance the body and nervous system. You may use this suggested Spotify playlist or play whatever music your heart desires. Props: 3 blankets/large towels, 2 pillows/cushions, 1 chair
