Flow + Restore

The practice will include 45 minutes of vinyasa flow followed by 15 minutes of restorative relaxation to energetically balance the body and nervous system. You may use this suggested Spotify playlist or play whatever music your heart desires. All you need are some pillows and blankets.

Donations are welcome but not at all necessary. If you cannot afford to donate at this time, pay it forward and keep the energy flowing by performing an act of kindness for someone else.
