Peace + Calming Flow

Anxiety is a natural response to uncertain times. This practice will be led with the intention of grounding us through movement, relaxation techniques, energy balancing, and guided meditation—all supported by spiritual teachings and the wisdom of the collective. Activating the relaxation response supports a sense of wholeness and wellness in the body and the mind.
