These classes are appropriate for all practitioners who would like to experience deep relaxation and restoration. The practice incorporates mindful movement, restorative yoga, breath awareness techniques, and guided meditation. <MUSIC> You are invited to play whatever relaxing music you enjoy (recommended on a separate device/speaker) or try this Spotify playlist. <PROPS> 2 bath towels, 2 pillows/cushions, 1 blanket to cover yourself
